Return Process

  Log into your VIBGYOR account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and use the tracking link to monitor your return status until it reaches our warehouse.
